Billing assistance
The hotline will help identify potential billing codes required on claims.
Insurance verification
The hotline will contact insurance companies to determine how they will pay for WinRho® SDF and related procedures, as needed.
Prior authorization support
The hotline can help facilitate the prior authorization process by determining requirements, coordinating paperwork, and following up for a determination.
Policy monitoring
The hotline will monitor public and private payer coverage policies to ensure you have the most up-to-date coverage information and answer questions you have about insurance coverage and reimbursement for WinRho® SDF.
Coverage appeals
The hotline will review denied claims, explain appeal procedures, make suggestions for re-submissions, and follow-up throughout the appeal process.
